Full Spectrum Birth Doula Support

Our full spectrum birth doula services include:

• Prenatal planning sessions

• Education about labor, birth, and comfort measures

• Creating a personalized birth preferences plan

• Continuous emotional and physical support during labor

• Advocacy and evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions

• Immediate support after your baby's birth

Birth looks different for every family. Our role is to provide calm, compassionate support so you can feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your experience.

Packages start at $1,800 with 1/2 deposit due at contract signing

Postpartum Planning

Preparing for postpartum is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

Together we'll create a personalized plan that includes:

• Recovery planning

• Feeding goals and resources

• Meal planning

• Visitor boundaries

• Household responsibilities

• Mental health planning

• Building your support village

• Local Twin Cities resources

Instead of wondering what you'll need after baby arrives, you'll have a plan in place before the big day.

Packages start at $300 for three one-hour long postpartum planning sessions with fees due before each session. Fees increase based on number of sessions. Postpartum planning packages include one postpartum in-home visit. 

Postpartum Doula Support

The first weeks at home can feel beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and emotional—all at once.

We're here to help you navigate this transition with compassionate, judgment-free support.

Postpartum doula support may include:

• Newborn education

• Feeding support

• Emotional support

• Parent confidence coaching

• Practical household assistance

• Nighttime Shifts 

• Resource referrals

Because caring for parents is just as important as caring for babies.

Comprehensive postpartum package includes a postpartum hospital visit, six four-hour daytime postpartum visits, two overnight postpartum visits and unlimited phone/text support from birth to three months postpartum. 

Additional support can be added on as needed for a fee of $50/hour.

Custom Postpartum support plans are available with fees based on support provided. 

As needed postpartum care is available at $50/hour. Daytime and overnight shifts are available.
